Centre AGM 24th January. Update

I was unable to attend the meeting but I understand that the method of marking for Centre and West Yorkshire Championship events will be TSR22b (No Stop)
Centre and West Yorkshire Championshipn events will have to run a 50/50 coures. No Championship points awarded.
As soon as I get all the details they will be posted here.

Autowbars Beginners & Novice Series
Paul has arranged the next round of the above on Saturday 4th Feb starting at 12:30ish. The Venue is Rough Holden Farm. Yes,  we know some of you cannot attend trials on Saturdays but due to centre rules we are unable to run this round on a Sunday. Please support Paul on this one. Regs here  Remember CASH only

Timperley Cup Trial 12th Feb
Permissions have been obtained for this Centre C/ship round trial The venue is Yarnbury which is located above Grassington. Entries will be limited and NO enrtries will be taken on the day. The regs are here.

George Cordingley (91) from Saltaire –Bradford this week died.  














He was a stalwart of Bradford Vagabonds Motor Cycle Clubs When that club folded he joined Bradford and D.M.C. and was a active member. Subsequently he became Secretary of the Yorks Classic Trials Club, only retiring two years ago.

He was an accomplished scrambler, but also rode in trials including the Scott and the early post war Grand Nationals, and finally the Ilkley  & District Motor Club’s annual Reunion Trial.  

He was the NSU agent at Shipley in the days of the RO80 rotary engined car.
Funeral arrangements are not yet know.

Annual General Meeting

The centre AGM is on Tuesday 24th January. THere is a proposition in to make the Centre and West Yorkshire Championship Trials to be run under TSR22b (No Stop) The Club have 3 votes at this meeting. Lets try and use them.  At the moment 66% of the club membership want the rules to stay as it is. i.e. The Club decides what method of marking to use.
